While reading "World War Z", I think the author pretty much came up w/the perfect anti-zombie hand-held weapon. It's long like a pike, but if I remember correctly, it has a curved end for easier decapitation. Practical, keeps the zombies at further than arm-length, and it never needs reloading.

But, in a non-practical, fantasy scenerio, pump-action shotty w/unlimited ammo is what I would like. Just because blowing a zombie apart with a couple of 12 gauge rounds seems more fun than aiming a smaller caliber round to the brain.

This is a rare movie that capitalizes on the potential for fun in a zombie epidemic. I can't wait - it looks like a riot.

What would be your dream weapon for killing zombies? We've often discussed a pike. You would have to keep a broadsword as backup though - when they get in close enough to smell.

I like it when Woody asks if it's the best zombie kill of the week, and they cut to the old lady who did the zombie in with a piano. Classic.
