Dr. Mario is one of those games where cheating the game is really just cheating against yourself. But theses codes aren't like that. These codes are weird codes, the kind that change the game dynamics entirely. If you really want a challenge, try connecting 5 blocks in a row instead of 3.
GZNEVIVT - Vitamin capsules don't fall
To complete a vertical (upright) line
GEXPYGLA - 5 in a row needed instead of 4
IEXPYGLA - 6 in a row needed instead of 4
TEXPYGLA - 7 in a row needed instead of 4
To complete a horizontal (flat) line
GAKPPZLA - 5 in a row needed instead of 4
IAKPPZLA - 6 in a row needed instead of 4
TAKPPZLA - 7 in a row needed instead of 4
When two or more rows or columns are eliminated at once in a 2-player game
AUVONUAO - More pieces sent across to other player
GXXOZGVT + GZKPGZVT - No pieces sent across to other player
