Whoever thought to make a video game featuring a surfing monkey and a skateboarding Tiki God should be living in the lap of luxury with concubines to attend his every whim. The first thing I did was hit up the surfing monkey on the Big Wave Encounter. The Big Wave combines 8-bit surfing action with challenging gameplay. Next I tried the Street Skate Session, which is a side-scrolling obstactle course that gets a little bit longer each round. I played it for six hours straight the first time I popped the cartridge in. I don't know if it was the Ritalin or the Wood and Water Rage version of the game, but I felt that if I turned off the game I would die. Two player mode is definitely my favorite, but now no one will play me because they get rocked everytime they try me.
